Finally...late fall and winter

Well, after saying I was going to keep up better with the blog in 2015, I was even worse and have crammed a whole year of blog posts into a couple months. So, finally I am rounding out the year (try not to get confused with the dates at the tops of the posts :) )

The kids love to "help" Erick work outside. Cate and I enjoyed pulling out our fall boots for some fun time out.

Even in the off-season, we still got to support the Nats! We got to tour the stadium in November. For the first time in many years, we skipped Army-Navy and instead went to Nats Fest, allowing Erick to finally get the last signature he needed on a jersey for Max. He now has signatures of everyone who played in the first game Max attended, Opening Day 2013, when he was just 6 months old. There was also tons of stuff for the kids to do, including meeting grumpy Santa!

Christmas was, of course, exciting, as you would expect with a 3 and 5 year old in the house. The kids got to pick out and help decorate a tree, not to mention meet a jolly Santa. We had our traditional Christmas Eve at church followed by time at our friends house. Saturday was opening gifts and more time with friends. We even had some nice weather to enjoy Cate's new scooter!
